1. About TUSS

TUSS (Trade Under Stairs Storage Ltd) is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of bespoke understairs storage kits, operated by Andrew Urmston. Contact: info@tuss.uk | 01204 894364 | 54 Market Street.

2. Trade Customers Only

TUSS supplies trade customers only. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you confirm that you are a registered business, sole trader, or self-employed tradesperson operating in the building, joinery, carpentry, or interior trades.

3. Enquiries and Orders

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding order or contract. An order is only confirmed when you have received a written quotation from TUSS, confirmed acceptance in writing, and any required payment has been received. TUSS reserves the right to decline any enquiry or order at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted per order based on your submitted specifications. Quotations are valid for 14 days from issue unless otherwise stated. TUSS reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing at the point of order.

5. Bespoke Manufacturing

All TUSS kits are manufactured to your specified dimensions. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued for bespoke items. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all dimensions submitted. TUSS accepts no liability for kits that do not fit as a result of incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

6. Delivery

TUSS offers UK-wide delivery. Delivery timescales quoted are estimates only. TUSS accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery. Customers must inspect all deliveries on receipt and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours. Factory collection is available by prior arrangement.

7. Installation

TUSS supplies kits only. Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchasing trade customer. TUSS provides assembly video guides as a courtesy — these do not constitute professional installation advice. TUSS accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from installation or misuse of TUSS products.

8. Returns and Defects

Bespoke manufactured items are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defect. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact TUSS within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. TUSS will assess the claim and, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Trademark

TUSS Understairs Storage Kits are protected by UK trademark. The TUSS name, logo, and product designs may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUSS’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. TUSS shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
